Terms of Service

PickleCrunch is a pickleball analytics dashboard operated by Kenneth Cooney (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Service provides statistical analysis, visualizations, and entertainment features based on data sourced from DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) and other publicly available sources.

Features of the Service include (but are not limited to): rating trajectory and velocity charts, partner network analysis, comparative player analysis, achievements and milestones, watchlist tracking, activity feeds, paddle tracking, and referral programs. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using PickleCrunch, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You can create a PickleCrunch account using your email address and a password. Optionally, you may link your DUPR account to access advanced analytics based on your match history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity associated with your use of the Service. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

PickleCrunch is currently free to use. Your dashboard, your own statistics, your match history, and scouting analysis of other players are all available at no charge with a linked DUPR account.

We may introduce optional paid features in the future. If we do, those features will be clearly labeled, and you will never be charged without your explicit consent. PickleCrunch may add, remove, or modify features over time.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service through automated means, interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

PickleCrunch includes achievements, milestones, activity feeds, watchlists, following/followers, and referral features. These are designed for fun and engagement. Achievement criteria and rewards may change at any time. We reserve the right to reset, modify, or remove achievements and gamification elements without prior notice.

Social features (activity feeds, following, watchlists) display information derived from publicly available DUPR data. By using these features, you acknowledge that your activity within the Service (such as players you follow or achievements you earn) may be visible to other PickleCrunch users.

PickleCrunch is designed primarily for fun and entertainment. The statistics, analytics, insights, comparisons, achievements, velocity metrics, partner chemistry scores, and all other derived data presented through the Service are intended for entertainment and casual informational purposes only. They should not be relied upon as accurate predictions of future performance, official rankings, or professional assessments of playing ability.

PickleCrunch displays statistics derived from third-party data sources, including DUPR. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented through the Service. Derived analytics (such as comparative analysis, momentum indicators, partner chemistry, and streak calculations) are generated using our own formulas and methodologies, which are approximations and may not reflect actual playing dynamics.

You acknowledge that no statistic, score, comparison, or insight provided by PickleCrunch should be treated as a guarantee or prediction of how you or any other player will perform in any match or tournament. The Service is not a substitute for professional coaching, official DUPR ratings, or any governing body's assessments.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to DUPR or any pickleball governing body.

All original content, features, design, and functionality of PickleCrunch are owned by Kenneth Cooney and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

DUPR ratings and match data remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickleCrunch and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We strive to keep PickleCrunch available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
