Information you provide directly: email address and password (for account creation), DUPR player ID or profile link (to connect your pickleball data), paddle and equipment selections, and referral codes shared with others.
Information collected automatically: basic usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration, device and browser information, IP address, watchlist and following activity, achievement progress, and comparative analysis history.
Information from third parties: pickleball ratings, match results, and player statistics sourced from DUPR's publicly available data.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, display your pickleball statistics and analytics (for entertainment and casual informational purposes), power social features such as activity feeds and watchlists, track achievement and milestone progress, enable comparative player analysis, communicate with you about your account or the Service, and detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, send unsolicited marketing emails from third parties, or build advertising profiles.
The statistics, insights, and analytics generated by PickleCrunch are derived from third-party data and our own proprietary formulas. This data is presented primarily for fun and entertainment. It is not intended to serve as an accurate prediction of future performance, a professional evaluation of skill, or an official rating. We make no claims that any analytics, comparisons, or scores are precise or predictive. Please enjoy the data as a fun supplement to your pickleball experience, not as a definitive assessment.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
Usage analytics may be retained in anonymized, aggregated form indefinitely.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including using HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and secure cloud infrastructure for data at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Non-PickleCrunch users: If you do not have a PickleCrunch account but your publicly available DUPR data appears in our analytics features (for example, as a partner, opponent, or scouting subject in another player's analysis), you may request that we exclude your information from PickleCrunch. Email us with your DUPR profile link or DUPR ID and we will suppress your data from the Service within 30 days.

PickleCrunch is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
PickleCrunch uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We also use third-party analytics tools — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — to understand how the Service is used, identify usability issues, and improve the user experience.
